Model Overview:

The Lexus RX 350 is a vehicle that's comfortable in its own metal. And why wouldn't it be? This midsize luxury crossover SUV has long been a consumer favorite thanks to its plush ride, spacious interior, strong reliability record and appealing high-tech features. While the RX 350 doesn't promise much in the way of driving passion, its combination of comfort and convenience is hard to top in a five-passenger luxury crossover. It also commands lofty resale values due to that sterling Lexus reputation.

Offering either front- or all-wheel drive, the RX 350 dates back to 2007, when it was introduced as a continuation of the RX 330. It has received significant upgrades in cabin technology over the years, but a generous standard features list and excellent build quality are a given with any Lexus RX 350. Unless you need the versatility of a third-row seat, this Lexus is likely to be a compelling proposition.

  • 1st SUV - 2016 Lexus RX 350

I am 64" first SUV that I could fit in comfortably. Ease of getting in and out a pleasure. Have all the bells and whistles - like the 12.3 nav screen added mud guards pin stripping( outside vendor) body side moldings - like riding a luxury sedan

  • A sharp SUV, NAV is excellent! - 2007 Lexus RX 350
    By -

I looked at several models before deciding on the RX, my first SUV. Its a stylish vehicle, and the features have been great. I drive a lot and have moved as well, so the NAV has been priceless for ensuring I never get lost. It has great features Im still discovering after several months such as being able to preview your route. I love the interior, though as a Jaguar owner, some things have been an adjustment such as the wiper system, and the fact that the seat does not retract when you get out, only the steering wheel. The rear seating is great, esp. the center console which has plenty of room for drinks and snacks for the kids, not the flimsy front of seat you find in some cars.

  • Lexus Quality? - 2010 Lexus RX 350
    By -

Been owned 01 mdx, 05 rx, 07 ml350,08 x5, and 09 gl450. Right now Im leasing 08 911 turbo and have 07 Prius. Ive been owned so many cars from all models of Honda to Ferrari f430. What happen to Lexus! They are increasing price with low-end quality material! Feel and look cheap plastic interior, uncomfortable seat (Im 510" n 185 lb). 2005 rx was much better! Thank god were leasing this car.

  • Problem with loose right front bumper - 2010 Lexus RX 350
    By -

After a few weeks, I noticed that part of the right front bumper was sticking out and up. I found out that it was loose. The left side is OK. I took it back to Crown Lexus of Ontario, CA whose service rep said that they know about the problem. I was given a similar vehicle and I noticed that it has the same problem. When I picked my RX350 up, it had the same problem. They told me to drive it until Lexus can find a better solution to just installing a "bracket". I am still waiting for them to fix the problem. Check your 2010 RX350. It proabably has the same problem.

  • Love my new car - RX 350 AWD - 2010 Lexus RX 350
    By -

When you keep cars as long as I do, its probably more of a shock when you step into a wonderfully, comfortable car - features have changed in 10 years. I love my new car - its comfortable, got amenities beyond my expectations, and has good pickup. Everything seems to be very logically laid out, and easy to use. Its got a lot of room, and drives really smoothly. It will take me awhile to get used to the quietness...

  • Disappointed! - 2016 Lexus RX 350
    By -

I own a 21012 RX350 and have anxiously waited for the newly designed 2016 to arrive. After spending time at the dealer comparing the 2016 to the 2012 we own, my wife and I will not be purchasing a 2016. We were already aware of the ugly front grill, but hoped other improvements would be worth ignoring the grill. But about the only thing we found improved was the navigation system. Here are the things we do not like about the 2016, compared to the 2012. 1. My 56" wife complains the step up to enter the car is higher in the 2016, an uncomfortable 1.5" to 2" higher. 2. The handy cup holder to the left of the steering wheel is gone. 3. The storage area under the console, between the driver and passenger is no longer open. Replaced with a very small pocket. 4. The seats are now two-toned. So grey seats are no longer all grey. They are part grey and part black.

  • Options selection - 2014 Lexus RX 350
    By -

I bought a 2014 RX350 with all wheel drive and 19 inch wheels as options, not the Sport which has a sport tuned suspension also and is not recommended here. This set up gives great handling and a quiet smooth ride. After reading about a cushy ride and lack of feel for the road my biggest surprise was just the opposite with this set up.

  • Fabulous ride - 2010 Lexus RX 350
    By -

Ive been driving a Mercedes ML350 which Ive loved and have honestly always disliked the soft look of the Lexus RX. Always considered it an SUV for soccer moms. However, after test driving the 2010 RX350 I was so impressed with the acceleration, smoothness and overall quietness and quality, I went back to Mercedes to test drive the 2009 ML350 and it drove like a truck in comparison. I am now a very happy owner of the 2010 RX350. Yes, it still lacks visual muscle in terms of exterior design with Lexus obviously not wanting to scare off the soccer mom fan base. The dash is somewhat confusing and not the prettiest but the mouse navigation is terrific and the ride is just plain fabulous.

  • DISAPPOINTMENT IN FLAWED LEXUS - 2017 Lexus RX 350
    By -

There is a KNOWN issue with my 2017 RX350. It sounds and feels like a transmission issue but have been told it is an issue with the exhaust system. They know and have know for A LONG time there is a problem and do not yet have a fix for it. I have been complaining for a year now. Initially, was told it was my imagination but since then was told it is a known issue. STILL WAITING. It is loud and sounds and feels like the engine is not wanting to shift to higher gears. This is my third Lexus as I had found them to be so reliable. Now not so sure. MPG for city is running about 14.5 mpg, should be MUCH higher.

  • Just plain ugly - 2017 Lexus RX 350
    By -

I test drove this SUV among other (MB, BMW and even the Grand Cherokee) . No issues with it whatsoever save one very big problem. Its plain old ugly any way you cut it. The front end reminds me of a bass (fish), or a catfish. So why did I bother?, because my sister just bought a MB. She was always a Lexus SUV owner. After listening to her complaints about the new "look", I thought how bad can it be? Yep, that bad. No disrespect, but when I now see these out on the road, I want to ask the owner, "did you actually look at this beast before you bought it?". Each to its own though, one mans trash is another mans art. Just not for me. Lexus really screwed up on this one. To think theyre losing loyal owners to the "fish mouth" front end is disturbing.
